🧾 Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- You’ll receive an instant order confirmation email.
- You can also view your order status anytime in the My Account → Orders section.
- Razorpay will send a payment receipt via email/SMS for your records.
If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it will automatically be refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Failed or Pending Transactions
In rare cases, Razorpay may mark a transaction as pending or failed due to connectivity issues.
If this happens:
- Please wait for 1–2 hours to see if your payment status updates automatically.
- If not, contact us at info@thenextwardrobe.com with your payment reference ID, and we’ll assist you.
